You are absolutely right Mr. Icke, unfortunately even fresh fish is no longer safe due to environmental pollution because as you know plastic in the ocean is contaminating seafood,
there's also another problem, fish and shellfish concentrate mercury in their bodies often in the form of methy mercury, mercury is dangerous to both natural ecosystems and humans because it is a highly toxic metal.
Unfortunately The Cabal is doing that to us intentionally, most of their products that being sold in their grocery stores are in plastic packages and that is not a coincidence of course.
Unfortunately ı usually see lots of plastic coke bottles floating on the sea whenever ı go down to the shore around here.
Norwegian mackarel is relatively safe and and probably a better alternative compared to other seafood.
Salmon fish is also very high in Omega-3 even though not as much as mackarel but Norwegian salmon fish is very expensive here in Turkey, a slice of salmon is about 5 dollars for instance and that's hell, Jesus!
They are killing us on purpose.
